Delete your data

You can ask WapDesk to delete your data at any time. This covers businesses that use WapDesk and the customers who message those businesses.

If you are a business using WapDesk

• Open Settings in your dashboard and press Disconnect. We stop receiving messages on your number straight away and revoke the Meta access token.
• Then message us on WhatsApp at +92 343 0136316 or email support@accendia.ai from your account email and say "Delete my WapDesk account".
• We delete your business profile, access token, conversations, bookings and orders within 30 days and confirm by message. We keep only billing records the law requires.

If you messaged a business that uses WapDesk

• Message us on WhatsApp at +92 343 0136316 or email support@accendia.ai with the phone number you used and the business name.
• We delete your conversations with that business from WapDesk within 30 days and confirm by message. Your chat may still exist in the business's own WhatsApp app, which they control.

Removing WapDesk from Facebook

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account through Facebook, you can also remove WapDesk in Facebook under Settings, then Business Integrations. This stops our access. Send us a message as above if you also want stored data deleted.
