These are the terms for using WapDesk. They are written to be read, not skimmed. By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp number, you agree to them.
The service
WapDesk answers WhatsApp messages sent to your business number, books appointments, takes orders, sends reminders and follow-ups, and shows all of it in a dashboard. Replies are generated automatically from the profile you maintain. You are responsible for keeping prices, timings and policies accurate; the receptionist quotes what you entered.
Your WhatsApp number
You must own or be authorised to use the number you connect.
Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You agree to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and messaging policies, including the rule that marketing messages need the customer's consent.
If you connect a number already used in the WhatsApp Business app, some app features pause while connected (broadcast lists, group sync, calls on that number, catalog, labels, quick replies). You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Meta charges for some messages sent outside the 24-hour customer window (reminders, follow-ups). Your plan includes a monthly allowance; we will tell you before you exceed it.
Plans and payment
The first month is free. After that, plans are billed monthly in Pakistani rupees at the price shown in your dashboard.
Payment is by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa unless we agree otherwise. If a payment is more than 7 days late the receptionist pauses until it is received. Nothing is deleted.
You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Prepaid periods are not refunded, except where we failed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use WapDesk to send spam, to message people who asked you to stop, to mislead customers, or for anything illegal in Pakistan or in the customer's country. We may pause an account that puts our WhatsApp access at risk, after telling you why.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep the service running and replying within seconds. We do not guarantee that it is never down, that Meta always delivers messages, or that an automated reply is always right. You should check bookings and orders in the dashboard. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Your data
Your data is yours. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we protect it. We will never sell it.
Changes and contact
